<div itemprop="description">ARCHIBALD...... <br> <br>Myrtle Henrietta Archibald, age 80, Windsor/Ellershouse, Hants County, passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2016, at the Dykeland Lodge, Windsor, surrounded by her family. <br> <br>Born on May 4, 1936, in Ardoise, Hants County, Nova Scotia, she was the daughter of the late Robert “Bob” and Lexie (Harvey) Mitchell. <br> <br>Myrtle is survived by her children, Elizabeth (Captain Kevin) Flynn, Falmouth; Roberta (Gerald Sanford), Brooklyn; Robert, Ellershouse; Heather (Cameron) Burgess, St Croix; grandchildren, Jason Archibald (Sharon Longmire); Maggie Davison; Kacie Davison (Adam Shaw); Lexie Burgess-Misner (Raymond); Ethan Burgess; Mitchell Archibald; Isaac Archibald; Robyn Archibald; 9 great-grandchildren, David, Hannah, Marcus, Mikayla, Ella, Gretchen, Taya, Fifi and Quinn; sisters, Frances Lyttle, Ellershouse; Freda Rockwell, Newport Corner; Mickie Cochrane, Windsor; and Thelma (Dale) Cochrane, Windsor; brother, Bobby (Elva) Mitchell, Shubenacadie; sister-in-law, Liz Mitchell, Halifax; numerous nieces and nephews. <br> <br>Besides her parents, Myrtle was predeceased by her husband, Herman Reid Archibald (2010); brother, Merton “Fud” Mitchell; sister, Evelyn Robicheau; brothers-in-law, Gerald Rockwell; Lyman Lyttle; Wray Archibald; Hiram Archibald; sister-in-law, Barbara Brown. <br> <br>Visitation will be held 6-9 p.m. Saturday, July 16, in Lindsay’s Windsor Funeral Home, 194 King Street, P.O. Box 2218, Windsor, B0N 2T0. <br> <br>Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, in Lindsay’s Windsor Funeral Home Chapel.
