<div itemprop="description">ARENBURG...... <br /> <br />David Alexander Arenburg, age 67, of Windsor, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2013, in the Hants Community Hospital, Windsor. <br /> <br />Born on August 21, 1945, in Windsor, Hants County, Nova Scotia, he was the son of Gladys (Saulnier) Arenburg and the late Claude Arenburg. <br /> <br />David studied barbering at N.I.T. Halifax and had also worked at the Hantsport Pulp and Paper. David loved people and could often be seen walking along the streets of Windsor with his mother and sister, stopping to chat with everyone along the way. You always knew when you visited David, that you would get a great big hug and many compliments. He will be sadly missed by Gladys, Shirley, his family and friends. Rest in peace, David. <br /> <br />A special &ldquo;Thank You&rdquo;, to the doctors and nurses at the Hants Community Hospital. <br /> <br />David is survived by his mother, Gladys, Windsor; sister, Shirley, Windsor. <br /> <br />He was predeceased by his father, Claude; sister, Margaret and a brother, Chester in infancy. <br /> <br />Visitation will be held 8:30-9 a.m. Thursday, June 20, 2013, in Lindsay&rsquo;s Windsor Funeral Home, (902-798-2232) 194 King Street, Windsor. <br /> <br />Funeral service will be held 9 a.m. Thursday, June 20, 2013, in Lindsay&rsquo;s Windsor Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Jeff White officiating. Interment will be in the Riverbank Cemetery, Hantsport. <br /> <br />Donations in David&rsquo;s memory may be made to the Heart &amp; Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or to the Kidney Foundation of Nova Scotia. <br /> <br />On-line condolences may be sent by clicking on &ldquo;Share&rdquo; in guest book at <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></div>
