Cecil Clifford Tracey, age 81, Windsor/Brooklyn, Hants County, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2016, at the Hants Community Hospital, Windsor.
Born on February 18, 1935, in Brooklyn, Hants County, Nova Scotia, he was the son of the late Joseph and Dorothy (Harvie) Tracey.
Cecil is survived by children, Susan (David) Warren, Notre-Dame, New Brunswick; Sharon (Larry) Harvey, Falmouth; Richard (Madelyn) Tracey, Scotch Village; Vicki (Troy) Harvie, Falmouth; 8 grandchildren, Andrew Cochrane and Jennifer Stagg; Jody Isenor; Sarah O’Connell, Jillian Swinamer; Christopher Tracey; Brady and Heidi Harvie; sisters, Barb (Jim)) Robertson, Devon, Alberta; Delores (Bill) Lynch, Prince George, British Columbia; Carolyn (Ralph) Romans, Kelowna, British Columbia.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his wife of 61 years, the former Audrey Shirley Dauphinee; sons, James and Peter; brother, Jackie; sister, Iris.
Arrangements are under the care of Lindsay's Windsor Funeral Home.
There will be no visitation or funeral service at Cecil’s request.
Donations in memory of Cecil, may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
