REDDEN......
Redden, Wayne Ernest “Cotton”, age 59, of Martock, Hants County, passed away on Monday, February 1, 2016, at the Halifax Infirmary, Q.E.II.
Born on February 23, 1956, in Windsor, Hants County, Nova Scotia, he is the son of Eleanor (Hebb) Redden, Martock and the late Ernest Redden.
Wayne was a carpenter by trade. A known jokester to all who knew him, he will be missed by his family and friends.
Surviving beside his mother, Eleanor; are his sons, Nick Redden (Ginny), Centreville, NB; Tanner Redden, Quispamsis, NB; grandchildren Jackson and Mason; siblings, Diane (Maynard) Martin, Coldbrook; Ted (Elaine) Redden, Newport Station; Darrell (Ruby) Redden, Three Mile Plains; Rick (Grace) Redden, Martock; special nieces and nephews, Jessie; Chris and Tasha, Marty and Glenn.
A memorial service will be held at 2 pm Friday, February 5, 2016, in Lindsay’s Windsor Funeral Home Chapel, 194 King Street, P.O. Box 2218, Windsor, B0N 2T0, with Pastor Craig Faulkner officiating. Interment will be held at 1 pm Friday, in Maplewood Cemetery, 1186 King Street, Windsor.
No flowers by request, donations in memory of Wayne may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or a charity of Choice.
