<div itemprop="description">FOLEY...... <br /> <br />Eleanor Lois Foley, age 73, South Rawdon, Hants County, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, May 5, 2015, in the Hants Community Hospital, Windsor, with her family by her side. <br /> <br />Born August 19, 1941 in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Eleanor was a daughter of the late John MacKinnon and Olive Dunn (Joudrey). <br /> <br />Eleanor was an International renowned Boxer dog breeder and handler, having bred and shown Boxers for 50 years. She was a lifetime member of the following clubs; Halifax Kennel Club, Canadian Kennel Club and both the Boxer Clubs of Canada and United States. Although breeding of dogs was her very successful hobby, her life wrapped around her family, having two children whose homes are next to hers and her husband. Surviving are husband, Harold Foley; son, Todd (Allison) Foley, South Rawdon; daughter, Terri-Lee Cossar (Lot), South Rawdon; grandchildren, Jamie, Sydney and Hunter. Surviving from her immediate family is sister, Jean Pantano (late Fred), Dartmouth; brothers, James Dunn (Bev), Cambridge, Ont.; and Ralph Dunn, Dartmouth. <br /> <br />Predeceasing her are brothers, William Dunn; and Gordon in infancy. <br /> <br />Eleanor&rsquo;s remains are resting in Lindsay&rsquo;s Windsor Funeral Home, 194 King St, P.O. Box 2218, Windsor, B0N 2T0, with visitation 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday, May 10, where funeral service will be held in the chapel, at 2 p.m. Monday, May 11, 2015, with the Rev. Bill Gibson officiating. <br /> <br />Reception to follow. <br /> <br />Interment will be in South Rawdon United Cemetery. <br /> <br />Family flowers only and in lieu of flowers, donations in Eleanor&rsquo;s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, (www.convio.cancer.ca) or the Nova Scotia SPCA (www.spcans.ca). <br /> <br />On-line condolences may be sent to the family at www.lindsaysfuneralhome.com <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></div>
